1、 Coil sensor

A coil sensor is one of the more common inductive sensors, which uses inductance as a physical quantity measurement element to measure the position and velocity of an object in a magnetic field. Coil sensors are divided into two types: planar coil type and cylindrical coil type. The former is suitable for planar motion, while the latter is suitable for measuring cylindrical objects.

The coil sensor has the following characteristics:

1. High accuracy, can reach below 0.1%;
2. It can achieve non-contact measurement and has good dynamic response characteristics;
3. It has a wide range of applications and can be used to measure displacement, velocity, acceleration, etc.


2、 Mutual inductance sensor


A mutual inductance sensor is a type of sensor that measures physical quantities by measuring the mutual inductance between coils. It converts the measured current and changing magnetic field into a measurement signal. Mutual inductance sensors are particularly suitable for measuring physical quantities of strong electric fields and currents such as high voltage and high current.

Mutual inductance sensors have the following characteristics:

1. High precision, can reach below 0.1%;
2. Wide measurement range, can be used to measure physical quantities such as high voltage and high current;

3. High temperature resistance and strong anti-interference ability.


3、 Variable capacitance sensor

Variable capacitance sensor is a type of sensor that converts physical quantities into capacitance changes, and measures physical quantities by measuring capacitance changes. Variable capacitance sensors are suitable for measuring small physical quantities such as displacement and pressure.

Variable capacitance sensors have the following characteristics:

1. High sensitivity and wide measurement range;
2. Small size and light weight;
3. The output signal is stable and reliable.
